Good things to put in the subject line:
- Refund — see /legal/refunds.
- Privacy request — access, export, or deletion of your data. See /legal/privacy.
- Question feedback — flag a bank question that's wrong, unclear, or out of date. Including the question's spec id (visible on the question screen) helps us a lot.
- Bug — anything broken. Screenshots and the page URL help.
- Abuse — report misuse of the shared-set feature or any other abuse.
Response time
We aim for one business day. The site is run by a small team and we don't operate a phone-support line — email is the only channel.
